“I would like to point out that this project started around 10 Aug 2023. More than two years passed and still on going. Unfortunately no official update has been sent for a long time. This situation makes the buyers worried. Every time I sent a payment, I also ask for the updated handover date. But no proper reply. I contacted and spoke to a lawyer from RAALC Law Firm in Dubai, seeking legal action and compensation.”

“Tomorrow we will be on June 1st and the delivery will therefore be 17 months late. Despite this delay green yard still communicates nothing and as you can see in the responses to reviews, merely contends itself with always responding the same thing, that is to say nothing. Is it so hard to assume one's responsibilities? It is certain that it is not professional to fail to do so. It is quite unacceptable for a company like that one. I hope that individual investors and investment companies will turn away from them for any future projects. In any case it will be my case.”

“It is now October 2025 and still no key handover even though the project was supposed to finish in the fourth quarter of 2024. If the buyer has payment delays then there are penalties, but when the developer has a delivery delay, nothing at all inadmissible! Moreover, they don't even bother to respond by email or reassure us about the delay. No transparency at all!”

“Why GY doesn't update us on status? Since 2022 we received only one report on the construction status. Please be honest and transparent, investors will understand, just let us know what is going on, do not hide. I thought that investing in UAE will be more secure than in other countries, and very disappointed with such situation.”

“No body reply to Emails or whatsapp messages There’s a delay for more than 7 months now green Yard doesn’t care about the investors if you don’t transfer your monthly payment on time you will get Tons of emails and calls but they have the rights to delay the project and doesn’t respond on their clients it will be last time to invest with them again”

“Since no response from Green Yard management through calls or emails, I would suggest the investors who bought units in Joya Dorado to visit the Green Yard office better so the investors would get answers for all their concerns.”

“Hello, I invested in a studio in Joya Dorado and it was supposed to be ready at the end of December, it is the end of July and we have no news from you. I find that this is a lack of respect towards investors. I would like to get in touch with the CEO of Greenyard, Mr. Mahmoud Awad. I would like to have an answer as soon as possible.”
