“This review is based on my personal experience as a tenant. I am honestly very disappointed with this building. Before signing the contract, I feel that some important issues were not clearly explained to me, and the reality has been very different from what I expected. There have been repeated issues with water leakage, plumbing, and AC, and dealing with these problems has been very frustrating. I strongly advise anyone considering this building to inspect everything carefully and get every single promise in writing before signing. This is only my personal experience. One of the worst building experiences I’ve had. The corridors are literally like a swimming pool — wet, slippery, and unsafe due to the humidity and poor ventilation. The cooling system is terrible, and the living conditions are extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this building at all.”

“Came for a viewing and I cant believe the lies I was told. A club house and pool to come later? They showed a flat terrace belonging to an apartment said this would be converted to a pool and a club house. With what approvals? I met a resident in the elevator who said the building was plagued with problems. I am not saying this is fact but from previous reviews is rather questionable. All the previous 5 star reviews seem to be agents who review other buildings nearby. Where are the real tenants?”
