“Very disappointing experience. Not worth the rent. For a rent of around AED 120,000 per year, the living experience in this building is extremely poor and not suitable for families. The management and administration are highly irresponsible and show little concern for residents. A large number of Noon delivery agents are constantly present in the lobby and parking area, as the building appears to be heavily used for delivery operations. This creates safety and privacy concerns for residents. There is almost no response to maintenance requests or resident complaints. We have reported multiple issues including bad smell, electrical faults, and water leakage during rain, and it has now been over three months with no proper action, despite several follow-ups. When residents try to raise concerns, the response from management is extremely dismissive. We were even told “If you don’t like it, you can leave the building.” This reflects a very unprofessional and careless attitude toward people paying significant rent. The building structure itself is acceptable, but the maintenance, hygiene standards, and management quality are very poor. For the amount being charged, the service and living standards are far below expectations. I would not recommend this building to decent families looking for a safe, well-managed place to live.”

“Extremely disappointed with this building. Paying 110,000 AED per year and the standard is shocking. The maintenance team is completely useless and issues either take forever to be addressed or are ignored. The building constantly smells, cleanliness is poor, and even basic things like window cleaning are never done. For the amount residents are paying, this level of neglect is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to step up because right now the building is absolutely not worth the rent.”

“I’m paying 120K yearly , and honestly, it’s not worth it at all. The windows have been dirty since day one, and even after months, no one ever came to clean them. The building management is unresponsive — every time I complain, they just say “send an email,” . The security and maintenance staff have very poor hygiene — the lobby and elevators smell terrible morning and night. It’s shocking that management allows this to continue. There are no proper amenities: no chairs by the pool For the amount tenants pay here, we deserve better hygiene, maintenance, and management. Terrible experience overall. I don’t recommend this building at all.”

“Not a great building to live in. Elevators are always smelly, no hygiene too much chaos because of the noon workplace. No response from the manager even for small problems. Not recommended at all”

“I'm thoroughly impressed with this building! The finishing touches are top-notch, and the maintenance is exceptional. What truly sets it apart, however, is the transparency and clarity throughout the documentation and booking process. Every payment and detail was clearly explained, making the entire experience seamless. If you're in the market for a new home for your family, I highly recommend considering this building. The quality and service are unmatched 5/5 stars”
