What one reviewer said

“The premises are often dirty, noisy and broken, when the management was confronted about these things in person and via email they responded negatively and aggressively. Some staff is very rude. A lot of nonsensical rules. Gym is horrible. General conditions of the shared spaces are horrible. Bugs infestations. loud noise everywhere any time. Some places in the tower are extremely dirty and run down. A lot of useless email notifications from the management. Crazy high ista bills. Elevators are always broken and incredibly crowded and slow. Random sirens for fire alarm all the time. Water pipes breaking down every other week in half the building. Then the parking light was broken. Then there…”
