“DO NOT RENT HERE! We moved out over a month ago and still have not received our security deposit. They gave us a written confirmation saying it will be returned within 15 working days and now suddenly it is “30 days”, “owner is in Saudi”, “waiting for signature”… just endless excuses. Completely unprofessional. You literally have to chase management for everything. No proper communication, no accountability, nothing. They just ignore you unless you keep pushing. And living there was not great either. Hot water issues, AC not working properly, and the bathroom constantly smelled bad no matter what. Basic things that should not even be a problem. Overall, really bad experience. Save yourse…”

Overall, really bad experience. Save yourself the stress and look somewhere else.”

“I have been staying in Lavender Garden Suites for more than a year. Amazing location, clean building and good facilities. Big thanks to the building manager Ahmed , when any issue occurs he responds immediately and sends the maintenance team to solve it.”

“I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. The management is a complete disaster — rude, dishonest, and refuses to take responsibility for anything. Every interaction with the manager feels aggressive and unhelpful. The apartments themselves are in shocking condition: mold on the walls, humidity problems, furniture breaking apart, and “repairs” that look like they were done by someone with no training at all. The staff doesn’t communicate properly, refuses to fix issues, and acts like tenants should just accept low-quality living. The worst part is the lack of safety and control in the building. You regularly see inappropriately dressed men wandering around the parking area, and management simply ignores it. This place should be avoided. Horrible standards, horrible service, horrible management.”
