“Had the worst stuff treatment in this place. Having visited the building to pay a friend visit and buy some grocery. We had to wait for 5min infront of the visitors parking for the security man to open for us. He did not despite him seeing us on the camera. Having asked him, he started questioning with very poor manners and attitude, even tho answering his question, he did not open the gate and he went to ask the shop owner if am really going to his shop. I have asked to speak to the Management following his behaviour thus the security man called "The Management"; the lady who picked up started the call with "whose speaking do not you know it's a holiday!". She was very unprofessional, unrespectful throughout the call and made the situation even worse. Later the day, having visited the building in the afternoon, once arrived at the building door step(parked outside) - the same security man saw us and did not open the building door on purpose. Teach your Team how to treat people with respect and train them on manners. Updated Edit: with reference to the response recieved below: 1 - I have not thrown one single abusment word (including to be fire) to the Security man. That is not my manners, and the fact that am not in a position to do so. thus I totally refuse this false claim. 2 - I totally respect any building's measurements and shall definitely obligate to it. My review is not about the measurements, but about the treatment and behaviour (which was totally ignored in your respone) - if you believe someone in the management picking up a client's call to resolve an issue starts with the phrase " Do not you know it's weekend why are you calling" is professional? Then am really sad about it. 3 - If professional means seeing visitors at the building entrance ( the automatic glass door) "not the parking" door step and not opening the door to them to enter, I am also sad about that, but anyhow, am happy for the security man's certification- well deserved indeed👏”

“We are now starting our 3rd year in Leerbach Palace. I have read all the 1 star reviews. I must say that majority are very unreasonable, such as comments about outside parking, construction buildings around, big balconies on 1st floor… Come on, be realistic and use common sense. If balconies are big and open, of course rubbish will fall from upper floors. If gym is next door, of course you will hear people training. If there is an empty piece of land around, of course it will soon be a construction. I am very happy with the building and most importantly, I feel safe for our family. To the Management, keep up the great work and I am happy that you are selective of who lives here. Well done!”

“Very poor service. Not worth it.... EDIT. the review was replied to after a Year!! Indeed they forgot why they got the poor rating... P.s. security along with your sales staff allowed us in the building and we viewed about 3 apartments.”

“I've been dealing with Rabie since day one of getting the contract done and the whole moving process which made it easier on me with all the support and professional attitude from his side,that was the first great thing about my new home. I like this building for how clean, calm and good security services they have. It is a family building, and the key handling process is the best you can have, and I got to choose my parking spot. Maintenance is always available and on time which made a great difference. I feel super safe and comfy in my new home.”
