“Nice place to spend time. Quality cafes and beautiful landscaping. But living there is something else: Cons: Firstly, it's very overpriced for the build quality. You can hear your neighbors clearly as if you are sharing the flat. Many flats in one building / long corridors. TV dish not allowed which makes it very expensive to get channels thru the internet only. Sewege smell inside the flat and in the parking. A lot of rules about what you can put in your balcony. Convenient if you want to be close to the airport. (You need to live with plane noises all day). Pros; The color scheme inside the flats is nice (the light colors) and there are closets and the kitchen has got quality appli…”

“A puzzling situation has recently emerged in this residential community. Parking spaces along the roadside outside the compound have started charging fees. As a result, residents no longer have extra parking spots available, especially since some households own more than one car. This forces tenants to rent parking spaces from the property management. However, when you inquire about renting a space, the response is that there are no additional spaces available for rent—though there are spaces for sale. It's absurd, almost like a marketing ploy.”

“We were genuinely hoping to become part of this community in the future because we truly admired the atmosphere and the beautiful outdoor areas. Unfortunately, our experience with the management was very disappointing. We submitted a simple request for a personal wedding photoshoot in the outdoor area only, with one photographer and no equipment, after being advised by the security team to contact the management. The request was simply declined without any flexibility or willingness to consider the circumstances. After this experience, and after reading other reviews about the management, we have completely changed our minds about becoming part of this community. A beautiful place alone is not enough when the management lacks a customer oriented approach.”

“I train at 365 Fitness Gym with Imran Tahir, the South African cricketer, and it is an excellent facility. The gym is clean, well maintained, and equipped with high-quality machines. The environment is professional and highly motivating. For anyone living near Al Muhasniah 1, I strongly recommend 365 Fitness Gym for regular workouts and fitness training”

“This apartment management parkirng so old and they dont renew the machine paid parking. Thay just ask for paper money the old version. And we couldnt pay with card also. Come on. Your building is apartment. Which everyone who attend will be more 3 hours. Dont make visitors difficult. The mangement parking SHOULD change the machine or upgrading . . 🥱🥱”

“Madinat Badr is a lovely community. It is smartly planned and the execution speaks for itself. Its quiet and a lovely place to reside. It has a souq which has various cafes, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping areas. We went here in summer and hence it was quite hot but I am definitely waiting to come back here during winters.”
