“Management Issues About the apartment that im in Recurring issues every now and then and for doing the job needs approvals which in the end doesn't happen or they say we didn't get the approvals for the required materials and then forget about the job. For the amenities area Not concerned about the kids and I think the management doesn't care till one serious incident happens and requests are just to be taken and heard and remove from another ear this how this building operates and disrespect tenants And on top of all we have to comply with its rules and regulations by harassing me on the Increase of the rent or I will be fine or face penalties. What does the management want as a tenant what should we do and only been disrespected or should we do the job and reimburse it and adjust it from the rent. Tenants deserve better and respect Feeling disappointed been staying here.”
