“Maya 1 Tower has honestly improved so much recently, and it’s become a fantastic place to live. The apartments are incredibly bright and spacious, with beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows and lovely private balconies. I love the location in Jumeirah Village Triangle because it’s quiet and peaceful, yet so well-connected that commuting via Al Khail Road or Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road is a breeze. The whole community is super green, safe, and welcoming for families and pet owners. With better management, great layout designs, and supermarkets just a short distance away, daily life here is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent or invest in Dubai!”

“I am updating my review from 5 stars to 2 stars based on my recent experience with the building management. Unfortunately, the level of service has significantly declined. Communication has been disappointing, with multiple emails and concerns going unanswered, making it very difficult to resolve even straightforward issues. I was also presented with a substantial rent increase that, in my view, does not reflect current market conditions or align with the expectations set by Dubai’s rental framework. At the same time, there continue to be ongoing maintenance issues that have not been addressed satisfactorily despite being reported. As a tenant, I believe it is reasonable to expect responsive communication, timely maintenance, and a fair, transparent approach to lease renewals. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving its customer service and overall tenant experience. Only positive comment can extend to Ali and security team. 👏”

“5 months later and they still didn’t pay me pack what is left of my security deposit. Don’t rent in this building and save yourself dealing with an unprofessional management. The management is called DGM and they used to be called Hi Sandy but they probably changed their name after too many callouts on how much they suck.”
