“Construction quality is so deficient that water seepage…”

“Observations after residence here are as follows. Community services ignore every form of complaint, whether by message or telephone. Construction quality is so deficient that water seepage appears in the living room, bedroom, bathroom and even the corridor; repeated reminders produce no response and the leaks leave the home looking unsightly—a defect common throughout the building. Cooling charges are extremely high. Low structural quality allows neighbour noise to travel freely. Anyone contemplating a move into this community should anticipate these difficulties and is welcome to inspect the workmanship at first hand. (Positives: Only the parks and amenities. Negatives: Community service and building quality.)”
