“Interiors show wear and bathroom fittings are markedly outdated”

“Rental levels sit slightly above those of Furjan and neighbouring districts, yet the presence of greenery compensates. Interiors show wear and bathroom fittings are markedly outdated. A range of initial defects should be anticipated on move-in; most can be resolved within a week. Vegetation brings a degree of pest activity. The swimming pool is of acceptable standard. (Positives: Swimming pool, greenery, average rent. Negatives: Open parking, bad interior quality, security.)”
