“Today I viewed a two-bedroom show unit at Dubai Hills Estate Phase 1. What I personally like the most is the Central Park tower – the views are really comfortable, and the two-bedroom comes with a huge terrace. Sitting outside with a cup of coffee in the afternoon should be quite pleasant. I've noticed that many of EMAAR's already-delivered residential communities share a common characteristic: the landscaping is maintained really well, and property management is relatively stable. This is also why many people focused on long-term investment pay close attention to it. Professional real estate agent in Dubai, global immigration status planning and global core asset allocation. “Prime location to Dubai Hills park , quick short access to residents. Maintained community, lot of facilities like swimming pools , Gyms, Restaurants, kids play area and room very close to Dubai Hills community Mall. Bit challenging for visitors to find parking.
