“Very small size villas due to waste of space in design and layout Kitchen is really small with storage area not sufficient for family specially indian or asians Outside walkway is narrow community center is good size swimming pool Overall a small community with a small in-house shop for emergency Pricy for value for money”

“Very well maintained community with beautiful landscape and friendly staff. There is a self service aswaq within the community open 24/7 with daily restocking. The community is very safe and restricted to tenants and their guests only. The facilities include a swimming pool, gym, an indoor hall which tenants can book for events and outdoor playing area for the kids. The community is strict on loud outdoor activities with a curfew which is 11 pm.”

“this place is so quite and the houses are well fashionable..the neighborhood were quiet and peaceful..you can even jog and exercise here with your pets and they do have play grounds for children..the village is well secured..the security personnel were so dedicated in maintaining the safety of the people living here..they do not allowed just anyone who come to the house without giving the necessary info they needed before you enter..they even asked for emirates id for new comers and delivery”
