“A nice clean chiller free building with a spacious gym and pool. Backing onto a park, East facing apartments facing Liwan Lake and walking distance to a mosque. Majority flats are 2 bedroom units with few 1 bhk and no studios, making it ideal for a family friendly environment. There's an Aster pharmacy and a grocery store below the building for quick supplies. British Orchard nursery and Viva Supermarket at 2 mins walking distance. 12-15 mins driving from downtown or DXB airport at off-peak times.”
