“Mr. Singh and his security team at Sobha have started handing out huge fines of over AED 1,000 without any proper reason or explanation. They are acting as if they have unlimited authority, while residents are left dealing with unfair and unjustified penalties. This abuse of power and lack of transparency is completely unacceptable. Residents deserve respect, clear communication, and fair treatment — not arbitrary fines.”

“My wife and I have been living in the Sobha area for more than 2 years and this particular building is by far the most convenient option available. You have all the necessary shops downstairs or across the street and this building has some seriously amazing amenities. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ space especially since it’s private and you can enjoy the space and privacy with family and friends. Shout out to the incredibly friendly staff and security in the lobby!”
