“The local maintenance team are excellent, very friendly and responsive. Building is decent and in a good location. Property management is slow and unresponsive. Previous reviews about release of deposits etc. are spot on.”

“My Elderly parents have been living here since 2022 and no complaints. Management and service team all are so nice and always ready to assist. Keep it up.”

“Nice building in general. Walls are thin, always hearing next doors kids screaming at all hours. Pool is freezing cold, not in the sun for very long. Maintenance team are excellent. Management are great, had no issues. Only one elevator at the front of the building, huge oversight….!!”

“Worst building we have stayed so far, the material quality is so bad that the new furnitures and fixtures are comming out despite the building is new, very bad lift system that keeps stop working very often. Very bad management staff and they have still not processed the security deposit refund for more than 40 days now and giving unnecessarily excuses on it .”

“We stayed in this building for 1 year. The building material is substandard. Although it’s a brand new building, lot of things were falling apart. Even the lift stops functioning often. It’s been over a month that we have shifted and handed over everything from our end, however the management has still not released our security deposit.”
