“Positive aspects: units are spacious and the bedroom is large enough to permit skipping-rope exercise beside the bed if desired. Cost is lower than that of other DIFC buildings. An adequate swimming pool and barbecue area are provided. Small friendly shops inside the building supply everyday requirements. Connection to the DIFC Gallery now allows access to numerous upscale shops, cafés and restaurants without leaving air-conditioned space. Overall the property is pleasant. Negative aspects: finishes are of low quality and the pool corridor constantly smells. The gym is small (though capacity is sufficient and an outdoor table-tennis table plus tennis court compensate). Winter water pressure drops when heaters are in use (a manageable inconvenience). The heaters themselves leak frequently, necessitating periodic repairs that can damage furniture. Administrative rules governing move-ins, move-outs and the admission of service personnel are applied inconsistently and sometimes change without notice, creating additional difficulty. (Positives: Location 2 min walk to metro, connected to DIFC. Negatives: Finishing, water pressure and gym.)”
