“SOHO construction making it unliveable here. DDA don’t enforce the rules against the construction site. So expect about 5 hours sleep and never any peace and quite. Most disrespectful behaviour ever. Luxury living = unhealthy, stressful and no sleep. DDA received countless reports and proof for illegal work hours, yet does nothing at all.”

“So construction noise is not bothersome, but that's perhaps also related to the fact that the structural work is finished. The security agents have always been very nice and helpful. If you respect people by treating them with respect, it's nicer. Finish quality well above Emaar Tower 1 and 2. Lovely neighborhood 😍”

“1. Getting a proper night's sleep is nearly impossible. The construction noise is absolutely dreadful. Earplugs and AirPods make little difference. Is it even legal to carry out construction work at night? 2. The air conditioning alone is costing around AED 2,000 per month. 3. It appears a new construction site is about to start right next door. Not quite sure how I'm meant to put up with that. 4. I went away on holiday and came back to find the bathroom flooded. Turned out the culprit was the air conditioner. 5. The neighbours continue to smoke despite it being prohibited. Security doesn't seem particularly interested in dealing with it. At this point, I'm simply counting down the days until the tenancy agreement expires 😔”

“I am coming for meeting with one customer when i go in lobby security behavior is very rude and he ask me not allowed to wait here go outside and wait for your customer i don't understand this behavior customer ask me only for 5 minutes but security ask me i ask you go outside so it's means go outside now🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄”

“Nightmare living conditions! At night it's impossible to sleep because of loud music from neighbors, and in the mornings construction noise from a nearby site doesn't let you rest. A neighbor smokes, and the stench penetrates our apartment. The management company is absolutely helpless — they can't even put up a basic no-smoking notice. Living here has become simply unbearable! And in the morning, at 7 AM every day, the fire alarm starts working. You're just not allowed to sleep.”
