“Just recently bought and moved into Rabdan Building in Motor City and so far the experience has been really good. The community is very convenient with almost everything within walking distance — supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, gyms, and plenty of shops and brands nearby. The building has easy entry and exit access which makes daily commuting simple. The 2-bedroom apartments are spacious, especially the balcony area, and the neighbours have been friendly and welcoming. Overall, it feels like a comfortable and peaceful place to live.”

“I have been staying at Rabdan Building for the past 4 years, and my experience has been excellent throughout. The layouts for both the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments are very well designed, spacious, and comfortable for everyday living. One thing I truly appreciate is the quality of the materials used in the building — they are durable and have held up very well over the years. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby facilities and main roads. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay.”

“Living for 3 month already and no issues in the apartment, very active maintanance and issues being fixed fast, great building, amazing design of lobby and elevators 😍 nice gym! Very friendly neighbors and so close to Lulu supermarket for grocery shopping! I also love private semi-closed balconies.”

“Such an amazing building to live in. The location is truly 10/10, with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés all around.
