“The building is overall great, with good security and facilities, but there's a major problem with the fire alarms. They go off way too often, multiple times a day, and it's not during drills. Despite several complaints, the security hasn't fixed it. It's disturbing, especially for those who work night shifts and are woken up by alarms at odd hours. If not fixed, it could make people move out. Also, management doesn't respond to calls; they only reply through email, which takes 5-6 days. For emergencies, it's difficult to approach them. During move-out inspections, they should provide the report immediately with all damages noted. However, they say they'll provide it after a month of you m…”

If not fixed, it could make people move out. Also, management doesn't respond to calls; they only reply through email, which takes 5-6 days. For emergencies, it's difficult to approach them. During move-out inspections, they should provide the report immediately with all damages noted. However, they say they'll provide it after a month of you moving out, and the reports usually list several damages that will be deducted from your deposit. I find this unacceptable.”
