“I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you are considering this building, as the management company has completely neglected the property, there isn’t even a sign outside mentioning the building's name, making deliveries and directing guests a constant hassle. The amenities are just as disappointing; the pool and sauna are never warm enough to actually enjoy, and the gym equipment is consistently left dirty and unhygienic. Overall, it’s incredibly frustrating to pay for amenities and a living space that feel so abandoned by their own management team.”

“If u have a chance I will put even zero0000000 Super rude, no professional approach simple to take out your old furniture from your home to your other apartment they don’t allow asking moving out request while you are not moving out, you are staying in the apartment, you only take out your old furniture to the other apartment, they say in order to allow you it will take 3 working days. Super complicated everything, can’t wait when u will finish everything with them.”

“Worst experience ever after being in the UAE for 24 years this has been a waste of money so don’t even think of moving in. The maintenance have no clue what they are doing, I am 9 months in and they have no solution for the leakage inside the master bedroom toilet. Not that only, bugs in the toilet as well that constantly appear even after cleaning. And it’s definitely not a quiet building at all, construction, dogs barking and neighbors disturbances. These pictures are just a few of an album I have. And management team won’t even respond to you or help so save your money and time!!!!”

“Don’t ever take rent in this building! Worse building to live in! Tenants are stealing packages absolutely disgusting, the security here speaks no English and has no idea what they are doing. You want to live in a nightmare ? Beware of this building”

“Very bad experience with the African Security guard. He questions woman where they live which flat number who they live with and many other questions. Very personal and offensive questions. Are they Police Officer or Security Guard?!”
