From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Having lived in Rose Palace Residences for some time, I can confidently say that the recent management changes have brought about significant improvements. The maintenance team now responds quickly and efficiently, addressing issues promptly and maintaining the building well. Security has always been top-notch (special thanks to Raffay), providing residents with a reassuring sense of safety and peace. In addition to these upgrades, the building fosters a warm, friendly community atmosphere, making it a joy to live here. Amenities such as a well-equipped gym, swimming pools, and a children’s play area further enrich the living environment.”

“We've been living at the Rose Palace now for 2 months. We are really happy here. The management is on site 24/7. They have been turning things around for the better. The security is very polite and active. We enjoy the spacious apartment we currently have, especially because of our 2 kids! We look forward to all the new improvements that the management will add in due time. It is an older building, but it's neat and the location is good.”
