“Poor quality and maintenance. An old building has no pest control. Cockroach is on corridor every day. Swimming pool always has bird poops. Gym has no variety of machine and only one treadmill. High rental price compared with quality. You can get the same price but new building.”

“I just moved in last week and i can’t wait to leave this building… the management is careless nothing of what we agreed on was done and i have to ask 10 times for the job to be done. And now it’s been a week for me wanting for the painter to come and fix the walls but they keep giving excuses and no one showed up yet. Not to mention the smell of cigarettes filling the hallway.”
