“My experience in this compound has been very disappointing. I’ve been living here for two years, and I park my car in front of my house in an empty space without causing any inconvenience, blocking anyone, or violating any rules. The main issue is with the management, specifically a person named Mr. Walid, who repeatedly sends security and even calls the police for no valid reason, just to force us to move our cars — despite there being no clear violation or harm to anyone. This behavior is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for residents. Instead of handling situations in a reasonable and respectful way, they escalate unnecessarily. I do not recommend living here if you’re looking for comfort and peace of mind.”

“Honestly, the building looks nice from the outside and the location is great, but the quality inside is really poor. The finishing feels cheap, and there are maintenance and cleanliness issues. I didn't expect a place with this price to have such low standards inside. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.”

“Its worse community in dubai ; no mosque no gym no swimming pool nothing at all and security are so bad to get maintenance or even electricity repair it take long process if your air condition get damaged you will die from weather before getting security approval”

“I moved in almost a year ago. Very convenient and well connected location. I only had some issues that are normal to new construction. These were swiftly fixed. There should be more greenery which I understand the Community Association is working on improving. The pool, Gym and retail areas are not ready yet. Good quality, responsive community management, and security.”
