What one reviewer said

“Catastrophic!! The apartment was supposed to be delivered on December 31, 2025. It's now the end of February 2026, and we're being treated like ghosts. No follow-up, no calls, no emails from them regarding the delay. It's complete radio silence despite dozens of follow-up emails and phone calls. Customer service is nonexistent, and the lack of professionalism is astounding! Leaving customers in total uncertainty without communicating about a delay is unacceptable. Avoid this developer if you value your peace of mind.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.
