Five lifts serve them, roughly 42 homes each. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. DMCC Metro station is a 9-minute walk, and the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram stop is 3 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 112 places to eat, 17 shops and 12 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 76k a year for a studio.
