“This tower is at an amazing location, in al sofouh area near to sh. Zayed road. The tower has a different views varies from flat to another. Higher floors with a sea view to the palm Jumeirah and burj al arab. The design and exterior is amazing as much as the interior and the flat finished. Highly recommend place to live in dubai, also there is a metro station just near the building. The flats are 1bed room, 2 bed room, and at higher floors more number of bedrooms with a unique design. Very professional developer and contractors are handling the construction and the maintenance. The tower comes with 4 basements and a 44 levels with 12 flats each at the typical floors. “This tower is at an amazing location, in al sofouh area near to sh. Zayed road. The tower has a different views varies from flat to another. Higher floors with a sea view to the palm Jumeirah and burj al arab. The design and exterior is amazing as much as the interior and the flat finished. Highly recommend place to live in dubai, also there is a metro station just near the building. The flats are 1bed room, 2 bed room, and at higher floors more number of bedrooms with a unique design. Very professional developer and contractors are handling the construction and the maintenance. The tower comes with 4 basements and a 44 levels with 12 flats each at the typical floors. Not forget to mention the special design crowns at the top of each side of the tower and the special design. It is very near to huge numbers of schools and universities also Emirates mall is few minutes away.”

“The tower is incomplete and abandoned. Project started in 2005 and it’s 2022 now.”
