The Cove is a development of three towers in Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai. The towers are Tower 1, Tower 2 and Tower 3. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2016. It has 11 lifts. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. دبي فيستيفال سيتي Metro station is a 15-minute walk. Within 800 metres there are 4 places to eat, 3 parks and gyms and 1 shop. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. Registered rents start around AED 99k a year for a 1 bed.

“Everything very clean, you can enjoy a fantastic sunset behind Dubai's skyline, there are plenty of trash bins on the promenade, it is somewhat cumbersome to reach by public transport (the NOL card is also accepted on the ferry).”

“Nice buildings The cove 1 and and 2 with good facilities, great pool! A bit shading above the pool will be a plus. The view was much better before the construction came in front of our building. Gym has all what you need. Easy access to promanade with all restaurants!”
