What one reviewer said

“This building, which was handed over about a year ago, is truly exceptional. It offers a spectacular view of the Dubai skyline, making it arguably the best spot to enjoy New Year's Eve. Everything is kept immaculately clean, and the build quality is impressive. One of the highlights is the soundproofing; you hear absolutely no noise from neighbors or the hallways, ensuring total peace and quiet. Highly recommended for the quality of living.”

“We recently moved into Sobha The Crest, and our experience with the community management has been very disappointing. Considering the amount residents pay to live here, the organisation and communication are far below the expected standard. Nothing feels properly structured. One of the most unacceptable issues was the hot water being disconnected without any notice. No message, no announcement, nothing. For a building with such high service charges, this level of communication is simply unprofessional. Residents plan their routines around basic utilities — sudden outages like this should never happen. Another problem is the gym schedule. The gym closes at 10 PM, which is too early for many residents who finish work late and still want to exercise. In a premium building, extending the gym hours to at least 11 PM should be a basic improvement to accommodate residents’ needs. And recently, a loud emergency siren went off in the middle of the night with no explanation provided. You pay premium prices and yet constantly deal with unnecessary stress, delays, and a complete lack of clear information. Community management should create comfort and peace of mind.”

“I recently moved into Sobha The Crest as a tenant. It has been 1 big nightmare living here. After paying so much money over 200k plus we are being harassed about a move in permit to which no details or information on how to do it was given. The reception in the lobby is very rude and disrespectful and expects tenants to do all the work. Reception is extremely unhelpful as they scroll on their phones all day. Security and maintenance teams will harass you asking for apartment numbers when using the facilities and there are extra fees on top of what you pay to live here. When asked for assistance there is none. Some of the amenities don’t work even though you are paying top dollar to live here. If you expect people to pay big money get it together please. If I could turn back the hands of time I would not live here. After spending so much money I’m expecting to move in seamlessly without extra issues and to be left alone in peace. I certainly will not be recommending these buildings to friends or colleagues and I certainly will not renew my contract.”

“This place is a huge disappointment. You pay premium rent but deal with a fire alarm going off multiple times a day. The huge windows have never been cleaned on the outside and are completely muddy—management keeps delaying it. Realtors market it as a “luxury experience,” but it is far from that. The building was clearly handed over too early, with many amenities still unfinished. At the very least, tenants should be compensated with a month’s free rent for these conditions. Beware before signing!”

“Honestly, this place just oozes quality. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they've used top-notch materials, and the design? Absolutely beautiful. Seriously, the lobby alone is enough to make an impression – it's just majestic, like something out of a high-end magazine. And when you get into the apartments, you'll be pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms are. No cramped living here, that's for sure. But the real showstopper for me has to be the view from the balcony. It's just amazing! Whether you're looking out at the city lights or the serene surroundings, it's the kind of view that makes you want to linger a little longer with your morning coffee. And let's not forget the amenities. They're all really good, offering everything you'd expect from a luxury development. You'll find plenty to keep you busy and comfortable. My only thought, and it's a small one, is I'm curious to see how things feel once the occupancy reaches 80%. Sometimes, when a place gets really full, the vibe can change a bit. But honestly, based on what I've seen so far, I have a really good feeling about Sobha Crest. It's truly a gem!”
