“This is an amazing community. It did take some time to flourish but now is one of the best places for family with the amazing Arbor school next to it. The townhouses are quite premium given this was Danube’s 1st project and they used the best materials to showcase their building materials legacy.”

“4 years later still no parks, community, etc. very dusty and dirty now. You get east you pay for..but now prices going up bad value imo. Also construction very bad. Lots of sewage problems. Only benefit is school nearby and good neighbors.”

“Don't listen to real estate agents, they just need your money! Lots of construction work and dust in this area. The community itself is so boring, and there no facilities at all. No kids play area & no security gates...etc. The villas are horrible. The contractor used very cheap materials for finishing, so every week or two we're facing a problem in our house and have to call the maintenance team to come and fix it. The average maintenance cost is 500/month, just be aware of that before you decide to move in.”

“Construction quality is very bad. Community is delivered for almost 4years, But no parks or amenities around. No greenery or place for kids to play.”
