About The Links

The Links is a development of two towers in The Views, Dubai. The towers are The Links East and The Links West. Emaar Properties completed it in 2007. Shared facilities include a gym and a sauna. Al Fardan Exchange Metro station is a 14-minute walk, and the Palm Jumeirah tram stop is 20 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 31 places to eat, 9 shops and 6 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 63k a year for a studio.

“I’m so glad I found this place I now call home. I could never have imagined myself living anywhere else in Dubai. It’s the greenest area in the city, with a beautiful lake right at my doorstep. The location couldn’t be more convenient — almost every major attraction is just 5 to 15 minutes away by car. Living here truly gives the perfect balance of nature, comfort, and accessibility.”

“I'm absolutely loving life at Links East Tower. The community is fantastic, with a real sense of camaraderie among residents. The views from my place are breathtaking, and the facilities are world-class - whether I'm working out, relaxing, or socializing, there's always something to enjoy. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence are evident everywhere. Links Towers truly feels like a little slice of paradise!”

“It is such an amazing place to live in both for short and long term. Great views as the name suggests, really well-maintained tower, pool is decent. easy access/exit to Sheikh Zayed Road.”

“One of the best places to stay in Dubai! Amazing views, neighbourhood and the facilities. The only problem is the elevators as they are a bit slow. However, overall, it is a very convenient building to live in. You never hear the neighbours and there is no noise coming from outside as well. The neighbourhood itself is very cozy, family-friendly and green to the level that you sometimes that you’re in Dubai!”

“Lovely building and facilities but loses two points for the lifts, guest parking and the thin walls. The lifts take forever and faulty. They stop at all the same floors normally 34, and ground. Only 4 guest parking spots for all buildings in the complex. And you can hear people showering and opening / closing the bathroom door from other apartments as the walls are thin.”
