The Views is the Emaar apartment community next to The Greens, between Sheikh Zayed Road and First Al Khail Street, looking out over the Emirates Golf Club and the lakes that run through Emirates Living. It is a set of around 16 low to high-rise buildings holding one to four-bedroom flats, with no villas at all.
It is quieter and dearer than The Greens next door, and shares its shops, schools and walking paths. Internet City station is close, and Marina and Downtown are both short drives. The buildings date from the second half of the 2000s, so service charges and the standard of building management are the practical differences between one tower and another.

Residents answer the same ten questions about daily life at home, and tens of thousands of public reviews of the same buildings are sorted into those same ten questions.
