“The lagoon has been completely drained for the last few months without any notification when they will start the process or when it will be completed. People paying a lot of money for the lagoon view (but now people are moving I heard) The area and apts are otherwise very nice and the location is brilliant but the lagoon view now is a shame”

“Disappointing experience for a community that presents itself as “prestigious.” Very disappointed with the security and management way of dealing with a security concerns in what’s supposed to be a “prestigious” community. I returned home to find my door area had been interfered with and my key left exposed. I raised this expecting a straightforward internal check (such as CCTV or staff access), but was instead advised to involve the police. I would have expected a more proactive and accountable approach to resident safety. Unfortunately, this response did not reflect that standard. For the amount residents pay, basic safety and accountability should be guaranteed. This experience made me feel completely unsafe in my own home.”

“No BBQ area, Lagoon dry since a long time and zero communication from Nakheel on when it will be filled again, too many workers in the community making our daily life quality quite low, infrastructure not being well maintained and very bad customer experience from Nakheel when we need something from them. They give zero attention to us or our needs”

“Have been living here 4 months, but the lagoon is dry. the place itself is quite however construction noise is bothering a bit. Not all building have swimming pool and gym.”
