“Mansions now administer the site…”

“Floor plan, overall appearance and outlook are all attractive, yet upkeep is inadequate, the structure has declined, pest problems continue and cooling is both excluded from the rent and costly. Earlier the property offered a pleasant environment; that is no longer the case. Mansions now administer the site and continually authorise upgrade works that generate substantial noise. Weekend traffic conditions are severe. (Positives: Flats have good layouts and have storage rooms. Negatives: Maintenance and expensive chiller.)”
