“I would like to raise a concern regarding the behavior of the Berkeley Security staff at UNA Apartment, Town Square. The way some of the security personnel interact with residents is disappointing and concerning. At times, their attitude comes across more like that of bouncers at a bar rather than professionals responsible for maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment. This behavior feels rude, intimidating, and, most importantly, highly disrespectful. Security staff play an important role in ensuring safety, but that responsibility must be carried out with professionalism, not by overstepping residents’ boundaries. Provide proper training and clear guidance to your staff so they understand how to communicate professionally, not behave as if they are there to jump at residents. They must treat residents with the respect and dignity they deserve and handle situations appropriately while on duty. I also urge the UNA Apartment authorities to take note of this and ensure that individuals appointed to security roles are not only capable but also well-mannered.”

“I am an owner there and most thing I regret.. if anything is broken in the lobby is not repaired ans we pay the full amount of services. Security as if you deal with enemies, no support and they make your life harder compared to other securities in other communities. The worst thing I had ever done in my life is choosing this place to purchase apartment from.”

“Management and security have failed to resolve a simple access card issue for almost 3 months. Despite having reserved parking, I am forced to manually request gate access every time I use my rented car. This level of inefficiency is unheard of. It has been an ongoing issue since Nov 2025 with zero resolution. Very disappointed. Total waste of time and extremely frustrating service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.”

“Extremely unprofessional experience. As an owner who invested thousands in a unit here, I was questioned by the security guard as if I didn’t belong, asking for my Ejari contract. Shouldn’t there be a system to identify owners? Add to that the ongoing construction noise — it’s frustrating, and I can’t even enjoy my own property.”

“After visiting Una Apartments Dubai Nshama I was extremely satisfied. The apartments are modern, well-furnished and equipped with every necessary comfort. The structure is located in a quiet but well-connected area, with supermarkets, restaurants and green spaces easily accessible. The staff is always available, courteous and ready to help with any need. The environment is youthful, dynamic and ideal both for those who work remotely and for those who want to relax. The gym, pool and common spaces are also excellent. Highly recommended!”
