“Three years of residence in UP proved highly satisfactory. Cost was somewhat elevated at the time, yet both DEWA and maintenance were included. When the washing machine failed it was replaced within two days by the internal maintenance team. Every subsequent request was resolved immediately and without additional charge. Security personnel rank among the most courteous in Dubai and ensure that only authorised individuals enter. The sole limitation was the prohibition on pets.
