“Documenting my experience as a tenant at Vision 1 (Eastern Pearl Property Management / Hi Sandy Real Estate LLC) for others considering renting here. On renewal, I was sent a letter proposing a 21% rent increase plus two new fees not in my contract. I ran the official RERA Rental Index calculation myself, which confirmed no increase was applicable to my unit at all. I sent a formal letter rejecting the terms and requesting supporting documentation, it went unanswered, along with two follow-up emails. I eventually received a second renewal notice from a different email address, repeating the same rejected terms as if my prior letters had never been sent. In my experience, communication only happens when they want something from you, not in response to formal concerns raised. I'd recommend anyone renting here check the official RERA index themselves before agreeing to any renewal figure.”

“The new facility management is much more better and improved in terms of providing quick service. Sanjay kumar and Hrushikesh Sahi did a good job with our AC unit servicing.”

“I have been living in this building for about a year now. It is located in a very nice residential area. The neighbors are friendly and the security staff are very cooperative and helpful. Overall, it’s a great building and very suitable for families.😊”

“As a tenant at Vision 1 Liwan, I can honestly say my experience has been very satisfactory. I especially appreciate the management team’s responsiveness and helpful attitude. They are cooperative and always try their best to resolve any concerns, which makes a big difference for residents.”
