“Huge thanks to the amazing management of Vita Residencia and big kudos to the organizers of the year-end party! 🎊 It was so nice meeting fellow tenants and celebrating together. The fireworks were a total blast 🎆—with stunning views of the Burj Al Arab, Atlantis, and JBR, it couldn’t have been more perfect! The food and drinks were on point 🍹🍽️, and the photobooth was definitely one of my favorite parts 📸😄 Such a fun way to welcome the New Year—truly a happy and memorable celebration! Cheers to more great moments ahead! 🥂✨”

“It is great place to stay at. It is right near the main road and walking distance from GEMS Wellington school. Entirely refurbished and new with amazing sea views. Rare place where we can see burj Al Arab and Atlantis. Truly hidden gem. Hope they revamp the entire avenue as they did with this building.”

“The year-end party was very well organized. The fireworks were spectacular, we had an amazing view of Burj Al Arab, Atlantis, and JBR. The food was excellent, especially the sushi, and the coffee kraft was a great addition. Ms.Dalia and the management were very attentive, as she organized the event well and the photo booth was a fun highlight of the event. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we hope to have a similar celebration next New Year.”

“This residency apartment in Dubai is very well-managed and comfortable. The security system is excellent—staff are professional, alert, and always helpful, which makes residents feel safe at all times. The maintenance in-charge and team are outstanding; they respond quickly, handle issues efficiently, and keep the building clean and well-maintained.
