“The car charging station is consistently overcrowded, and it has become increasingly difficult to find an available slot. As residents of Emaar accommodation, we have no alternative charging facilities, which makes this a serious inconvenience. With the growing number of electric vehicles in the area, it's essential that additional charging points are installed or better management is implemented to accommodate residents' needs. This ongoing issue is affecting our ability to reliably charge our vehicles and needs urgent attention.”

“Amazing area, got to know about it from an amazing Real Estate agent called (Mahyar Maleki [phone removed]) who is a specialist in the area and got an amazing apartment with an amazing view of the central park”

“One of the most amazing areas to live in Dubai. Part of the Nshama Town Square community. Beautiful walk ways and dedicated cycle path. A beautiful Central Park with loads of activities for children and adults.”

“Nice place to Live, clean buildings, very annoying carparking security. The Air conditioning temperature in the apartment seems to be reduced by the district cooling, the water heaters in the bathroom don't give you more than 10 minutes of hot water. It could develop into one of Dubai's better communities. I have been living here since March 2020. There are issues as with anywhere you live. So far the good outways the bad.”
