The staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and always supportive.
All the doors are noise-proof, so even if there’s construction nearby, it doesn’t disturb the tenants ~ which I think is a brilliant feature.
Another big plus: even a 1-bedroom apartment comes with a separate storeroom , a rare find in Dubai!”

“We have been renting an apartment here for almost a year, and it has been the most pleasant living experience for me. The apartment is spacious, with good soundproofing and high quality finishes. We havent had any issues with the air conditioning or water supply, even on the top floor. I really like the layout and the generous size of the unit.
At first, I was disappointed that our windows faced the Azizi construction, but over time I got used to it. The glazing works well, blocking most of the noise, and there is much less dust on the balcony compared to when we lived in JVC. The windows were cleaned three times during our stay.
We only experienced a fire alarm once throughout the whole year, which is great. I really enjoy the apartment and the neighborhood it will be amazing once the canal project is completed. The staff here are very pleasant and helpful.
The only thing I would wish for is a bit more variety in the gym equipment. Other than that, its an excellent place for long term living.”

“So overrated & overpriced! So many things in the apartment are dysfunctional by design. The facility management team are so rude as if it’s a culture they adopt every day. I’ve never lived in a place where they intentionally make your life hard. The canal they promised, for which the price is so inflated, was never delivered. It is currently a truck parking instead with lots of dust! The billing for AC is not transparent and they never acknowledge or send payment receipts. They never sign a separate agreement for the AC deposit and will make it look like it’s part of your bill with no evidence that you can claim it back when you move out. Everyone needs to know this before they consider paying so much for this place!”

“Just to make it clear, it’s 1:48 on the clock at night, me and my husband just made a run of 29 floors downstairs because of the emergency alarm the sound of which played before for 15 minutes, the whole building residents were also founds out on the stairs making the same way. Obviously, no one picked up the phone from the security, no clearance nothing.
The alarm was on almost for 20 minutes and it looked like something really was going on so almost everyone left the building.
Once everyone reached, the security announced that it’s the steam room in the gym and they will GO and figure that out.
So in the premium building you expect that building staff do their job and they inspect all public areas before the whole building reaches by foot the G floor. I saw woman with the newborns, old people for whom it was not that easy to walk. And no one provided the info before or investigated at the time to calm down the residents
Total dissatisfaction and disappointment of the management of the building. I wish someone would play security alarm near their heads for 20 minutes and then force them to run under this sound. Doesn’t worth a penny to live in the building with zero management.”

“WARNING> you must use "smart collections" for the AC and hot water. What they dont tell you. They keep your deposit. 4 months of chasing them. Then you find out they are connected to the developer.
The building is not nice. You can not use the outside because its constantly being layered with dust and construction sand. The canal they promised you is a massive bus depot and construction road.
If you contact shobha they will say its not their vechicles. They are all painted bright blue and say Shobha on them. Why lie?”

“The worst. Customer support from shobha marketing is fantastic but nothing works. turns off your ac and hot water when they feel like it. all bills paid. the building made a mistake. still off. shobha customer service doesn't respond. new born child with no AC or hot water. DISGUSTING”
