“Daytime construction noise—drilling, hammering…”

“Strong recommendation against this building is given. Customer service is either extremely poor or entirely absent. Daytime construction noise—drilling, hammering and similar—both outside and inside the structure renders occupation a nightmare. Bathrooms and toilets emit strong unpleasant odours. Cockroaches are present throughout. Cooling fails approximately once each week; maintenance staff refuse to carry out repairs and instead accuse residents of causing the damage. The period ranks as the worst residential experience encountered in Dubai. Anyone considering a booking or tenancy is advised to withdraw immediately. The true rating is zero. (Positives: Nothing. Negatives: Everything.)”
