Al Dhafrah is a development of three towers in The Greens, Dubai. The towers are Al Dhafrah 2, Al Dhafrah 3 and Al Dhafrah 4. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The nearest Metro is Dubai Internet City, about 14 minutes on foot, with the Knowledge Village tram stop 21 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 52 places to eat, 15 shops and 8 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 59k a year for a studio.

“Don’t even think of living in this building. Terrible. Kids pool is still under maintenance, after 1 year. Gym is the same story, I have been living here for 1 year and had no chance to use gym. Big pool is like ice, impossible to swim with a kid, water is too cold. Constant smell of cigarettes in my apartment, neighbours are smoking and I have to smell it 24/7. The price is not low at all, you will find better options at this price.”

“Building is catastrophic! Hygiene not respected, cleaning not done regularly and when don’t it’s not well! Residents don’t follow rules of emaar, constable noise, littering in corridors… this place is very shocking, seems like not living in Dubai at all! Done”

“Greens area always nice , small city inside the city , excellent community , has everything you need specially green areas, mall , coffee shops restaurant even offices . So all in all.”
