“I’m currently living here and except of the location and the guys who are securing the building (nassr and faisal) everything else seems to break down. I’m paying for damages that were already in the house , ac dropping water and I’m paying for it , the wood in the kitchen drawers smells and the management does nothing if you don’t call them 200 times . The reception lady in the office is extremely rude and has an attitude . An extra complain for the corridors which are always smelly and for our bathrooms who have 0 ways for the air to go out or in .
All this for 20.000 euros per year . Disgusting”

“*_"I lost some personal items inside the building on [date + time]. I immediately reported it to the security guard, supervisor, and management and provided all details. However, for 2 days I have received no assistance to check the CCTV footage.
This delay has caused me to be unable to work. I respectfully request the management to help review the cameras and resolve this issue. Customer and staff support should be a priority."__

“I am a food delivery man who came to deliver footballs to a building. The security guard is sitting in the security box. I asked him from outside to open the door but he didn't open the door. Then I called the customer and opened the door.”

“Great location, been living here for 3 years. Yearly increase upon renewal of contract. They did increased our yearly rent for 10,000 aed twice already 😟 Last year the building beside us started their construction,and the nightmare started. Our beautiful view of Sheikh Zayed road which is one of the reason we chose to move here is gone, as it is covered by the new building, and we can’t enjoy the morning sun anymore, its always dark in our flat so we always have to open the lights. too much dust, and noise 😭our flat had cracks on the walls and some tiles loosened up because of the drillings😖 will probably move to another building next year :(”

“I'm writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the property management company that oversees the Alkhair 4 building. It's disheartening to experience such a lack of professionalism and disregard for RERA guidelines.
What's particularly distressing is their blatant disregard for RERA guidelines when it comes to rental increases during contract renewals. Despite raising this issue and even seeking assistance from RERA, the property management company has consistently ignored the regulations set forth. This blatant disregard is both disappointing and concerning.
In conclusion, I strongly advise potential tenants to exercise caution when considering properties managed by this company. Their unprofessionalism, lack of responsiveness, and failure to adhere to RERA guidelines make for an extremely frustrating and disheartening renting experience.”

“I've lived in the building for over 2 years now and initially really enjoyed living here but the building management is absolutely dangerous. They are extremely unprofessional and don't keep up commitment regarding maintenance or anything else.
The building corridors stink and the AC and kitchen facilities are not looked into even after lodging multiple complaints. The people in the office are extremely rude and unhelpful. Princita and Mansour from the office are especially mean. They do not make me feel comfortable living in such a building and I will not be renewing my contract further.”

“Not ideal for family with kids, construction quality is poor, quality of equipments such as the taps, air conditioning etc. used is worse with issues cropping up every now and then - the area is completely dark in the night so be mindful - the houses are big though but building gym and pool is very very poorly maintained.”
