“Lived here for 3 years. It has pros and cons. Pros: central location, near palm, 15min walk to metro station, shops around, carrefour and restaurants, spacious apartments, amazing view to the Greens with sunset, started with good prices but going up now. Cons: pool is not working, never since we moved in, gym is old, old style interior, smell comes from other apartments when they are cooking The main reason why we left is because old gym you can barely train and no pool, but if don’t care about it, it’s a very spacious place to live”
