“I have been living in Azizi Building 45 for the past two years, and the water maintenance situation has been completely unacceptable.
For two years, there have been constant "maintenance" works, yet the problems never seem to be fixed. It honestly feels like the issues are being covered up rather than properly resolved.
Today was the worst example. The building was left without water for approximately 15 hours. Leaving hundreds of residents without water for an entire day is simply unacceptable. Even worse, there was no reminder on the day of the interruption. A notice was sent last week, but expecting residents to remember a single announcement days later without any follow-up is poor management.
What is even more frustrating is that this is not an isolated incident. After two years of repeated maintenance, the same problems continue. Even on normal days, the water supply regularly stops every 10 minutes for around 5 minutes. This has become part of daily life, which clearly shows that the maintenance is not solving the underlying issue.
Many residents share the same frustration. At the very least, the water could have been restored for a few hours during such a long interruption instead of leaving everyone without basic access to water for 15 hours.
After two years, I have lost confidence in the building's maintenance and management. Residents deserve proper communication, competent repairs, and reliable access to such a basic necessity. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite.”

“Security especially Suroj is very helpful, whatever questions I asked regarding the process and information about moving in and about the building issues he always gives a detailed answer. The building amenities are also good, big gym and swimming pool. The only concern I have is the parking access card, i bought it for 200aed but parking entrance do not need access card to enter the parking. Access card doesnt work when I tap it as they already upgraded the entrance syatem where it will automatically open when the sensor ready my car plate number. I've been informed that i can use it in the amenities like gym and swimming pool but access card also is not working in the entrance of the amenities, it requires code to enter. But all in all, i like the building, i like the location. no traffic.”

“Living in Riviera 16 has been one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had in Dubai. I live in Dubai for 10 years and never had any issues.
I live in torture for 8 months. Landlord haven’t gave me any compensation and we have a legal court case.
For months, residents had to endure constant construction noise and disruption. I will attach photos showing the construction, the working hours, and how long it continued. The level of disturbance made it extremely difficult to work from home, rest, or simply enjoy the apartment I was paying for.
When it was finally time for me to move out, I faced unnecessary obstacles while trying to remove my own belongings. Instead of making the process simple, I experienced delays and unnecessary complications, creating even more stress during an already difficult period.
What I also find difficult to understand is the inconsistency in the deposit refund process. When collecting the gas deposit, no bank account in my name was required. However, when it came to returning my money, I was told the refund could only be made to a bank account under my own name. Why is this requirement only applied when it’s time to return the customer’s money? It makes the process unnecessarily complicated and delays refunds that should be straightforward.
Overall, the entire experience caused me significant physical and mental stress. Residents deserve better communication, more efficient procedures, and customer service that prioritizes solutions instead of creating additional problems.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend living in Riviera 16.
Luckily photos have no sound. The noise still in my mind 24/7. They started 7am and finish 6pm FOR 8 MONTHS STRAIGHT!”
