Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I have been living in this building for the past three years. Initially, the experience was excellent. However, over time, a significant number of families have moved in, resulting in constant noise in common areas, including children playing and screaming in the lobby and shared spaces. Unfortunately, security is unable to effectively manage the situation, and the overall living environment has deteriorated significantly. This is particularly surprising given Emaar’s usual standards and the fact that the apartment sizes in this building are clearly more suitable for singles or couples rather than families of four or five. As a result, the quality of living for many residents has been negatively impacted, and the experience that originally attracted us to this building has been compromised. Emaar’s quality and standards are getting worse by the day.”

Overall, the impression is that they “sold” this nice investment idea to people who bought apartments here and just don’t give a toss about the future of this “project.”

“There is no visitor parking whatsoever. Despite there being plenty of space in the ground level car park. It seems security have reported my car to the police for being parked out of the way near the entrance. 500 aed fine . Was parked just over 1 hour”
