“Internal fixtures are of considerable age…”

“Internal fixtures are of considerable age and the owner requires the tenant to replace any item that develops a technical fault. The surrounding area and the outlook from the flat are both attractive. Fungal growth on the walls was merely concealed with temporary paint prior to handover and continues to reappear. (Positives: View is good. Negatives: Support from flat owner and broker.)”
