“It was wonderful staying here! Prime & luxury Gated Community in Dubai, so close to Downtown (15-18 minutes), very quiet area, walking & cycling tracks are around, Crystal Lagoon is unique, playground areas & football courts. Secure building 24/7, shaded parking lot, new building.”

“non of the reviews are for this building. what is this paid non sense. trying to make some holiday home listing look good? this building is awful. you can not walk anywhere. you could walk around the lagoon had there been one. no swimming pool because the lagoon was supposed to be swimmable. been closed forever. just look at the satelite image.”

“Unfortunately, as soon as we signed the contract they removed the lagoon and it looks really bad. There is no communication from Nakheel on the date of fixing and nobody knows anything. There is no maintenance in our building , water leaks from the ceiling/ AC not working properly. Maintenance team wants us to get contractors ourselves for everything and pay ourselves although the contract says otherwise. This is not Dubai standards. It’s a shame”

“Building it's nice everything nice but don't have any washroom and pry place so many people coming this place drivers maid's etc.... But no option for washroom”

“The service in this building is extremely poor. There is no maintenance team on-site, so even for the smallest issues you are required to email Nakheel Community. After that, they simply ask you to bring your own contractor from outside — meaning there is no real support within the building at all. The facilities are also very disappointing. There is no swimming pool, no gym, and the lagoon beach is always under maintenance and rarely usable. The air conditioning system is another major problem. It is managed by ISTA, not chiller free, and the cooling is very inconsistent — sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. On top of that, ISTA sends bills with different rates every month regardless of your actual usage, so you end up paying unpredictable amounts even if your consumption stays the same. Another serious issue is the ceiling design. There are no proper access panels anywhere in the apartments. Each time maintenance is required — whether to clean a filter, fix drainage, or service the compressor — the ceiling has to be cut open. Every small service ends up costing at least AED 1,000 just to cut and repair the ceiling. This is shocking considering the building is less than one year old, yet every couple of months there are new issues: leaking, AC failures, or cooling problems. I am honestly surprised that Nakheel Community and their engineers accepted and handed over a building with such poor planning and execution.”
