Three lifts serve them, roughly 49 homes each. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. Within 800 metres there are 22 parks and gyms, 19 places to eat and 4 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as walkable. Registered rents start around AED 45k a year for a studio.

“I recently visited Glitz 1 by Danube for a housewarming Pooja, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. This was my first visit to a Danube property, and it left a positive impression. The building stands out in Dubai Studio City with its modern design, spacious rooms, and large glass windows that allow ample sunlight to flood in. The corridors are broad, providing a sense of openness. What makes Glitz 1 convenient is that it has several amenities right inside the building, including a park, restaurants, and a grocery store. “The African security on duty this morning is very rude. I informed him that the smell in back hallway smell awful. I realized it was coming from sink of both toilets. Since I really need to use the washroom, I tried to ignore the smell. While I was still inside the washroom, the security kept banging the door. Maybe he wanted to go in and check, but he could have called on if someone is inside instead of banging the door so loudly. That’s sooo rude and unprofessional.”

“Glitz Residences at Dubai Studio City are four buildings, each shaped like E. One and two face each other, with a small park between them that has walking and sitting areas as well as kids play area. Glitz 1 has open parking area under the building on the west side, and one level underground, each bay is a bit tight, with access to the building elevator. The back of each floor is glass enclosed and faces the building behind. There is a pool and gym on the roof (yet to go and see). The apartments are about 700s sq ft for a 1 bedroom space, the kitchen is equipped with a built-in refrigerator and oven, ac and water heater. There is a laundry spot with shutter doors. The electrical wiring is the worst part, only the lights work if all electrical appliances are off or unplugged. Some reviewers mentioned cockroaches but I saw none. After 5 yrs since it was built, it's a lively and beautiful place to live.”
