Golf Tower is a development of two towers in The Views, Dubai. The towers are Golf Tower 1 and Golf Tower 2, the tallest of them 31 storeys. Al Fardan Exchange Metro station is a 14-minute walk, and the Palm Jumeirah tram stop is 18 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 36 places to eat, 9 shops and 6 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 107k a year for a 1 bed.

“I stayed in golf tower 2 for 3 months. One of the best communities I’ve stayed in, in Dubai. The buildings are very well looked after and all the staff are very friendly! The pool is massive with plenty of deck chairs and the gym is enough to get a decent workout done. The only downside is the walls and ceilings aren’t the thickest in the world so every now and then you’ll hear your neighbors. If you have a flat with golf course views, you’ll have sun all day and incredible views of the golf course, Marina and even the palm.”

“Great community, however, the walls/ceilings are super thin, there's no proper insulation. I slept over friends place and seems like the neighbors are stepping in your head. Not good quality at all, compared to others less known developers.”
